Hi I’m Wil! I’ve been a personal trainer for 20+ years now. I train clients with a diverse set of goals. My main focus is helping clients achieve their fitness goals by providing accountability and consistency while helping them develop the discipline to sustain their new lifestyle and good habits.
My training style revolves around strength training, circuit training, TRX, calisthenics and body weight exercises.
