My interest in fitness and bodybuilding started at a very young age born premature a little over 2lbs, I have spent all my teenage years as a very skinny child.

With over 40 years of experience as a bodybuilder and as a personal trainer, from regular folks to top world professional athlete I have helped people from all walk of life changing their bodies and habits achieving the desired look they want, one day at a time, to gain muscle or/and flexibility, loose fat, from diet with my personal experience in low fat or low carbs, fasting or keto.

I enjoy teaching the philosophy of the body, the muscle, a combination of the right exercise and better healthier nutrition, study nutrition from A to Z, even the ‘healthy’ food industry play’s trick on us.
I want my clients to learn everything I know so they can become self-sufficient if they choose to do so.
I can get anyone in their best shape, reduce body fat, increase core strength, enhance athletic performance, help you excel in other sports, with healthier lifestyle changes I can also help you fix the bad habits.
