Malachi Emmons is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer (ACE-CPT) based in Nashville, Tennessee. His passion for fitness began through his own transformation after overcoming obesity and losing more than 70 pounds. Experiencing firsthand the confidence and fulfillment that came with improving his health inspired him to dedicate his career to helping others achieve the same.

Today, Malachi is committed to making fitness approachable and accessible for people of all backgrounds and experience levels. His coaching philosophy centers on helping clients move better, feel better, and build sustainable habits that support long-term health and performance.
