Been a certified personal trainer/nutritionist/transformation specialist since early 2024 and have been experienced/knowledgeable with working out/dieting since 2014 when I overcome obesity by losing over 50lbs & gaining muscle with 4-6x/week of mobility/hiit/weight workouts and sustainable diet and I still workout consistently to this day with my clients or by myself.

I'm also a father of 2 kids, a self employed part time gourmet/functional mushroom cultivator/farmer & forager (been self studying & practicing
since 2012 & 2016), self employed part time asset manager/fundamental/sentimental/technical & macroeconomy analyst & trader/investor (been self studying & practicing since 2021), in person/social media marketing/content creator (got my bachelor's degree in multimedia design/graphics & web development from devry university in 2020) & most recently in 2026 I started self studying how to become a tattoo artist/home brewer/dtf printer (side hobbies) and I also love to play video games on my spare time (been gaming since 5 years old)
