About Anthony

I have been involved in health and fitness since I was a kid growing up playing sports. Then, I realized the functionality of the human body and what it is really capable of beyond sports.

Most people... will never see the full potential of what their body is really capable of. That is unacceptable to me. I want ALL of my clients to realize what their potential really is and then carry that on throughout their life. Everyone starts somewhere.
