Ciao! Sono un Personal trainer e Nutrition Specialist certificato (ACE, American Council on Exercise), Istruttore di Fitness/ Pilates avanzato EFA (European Fitness Association).
Lavoro come PT da oltre 10 anni, e nel fitness/ pilates da più di 20, prima in Italia, dove sono nata e poi in Irlanda, in Spagna e ora in giro per il mondo, dato che aiuto i miei clienti a raggiungere i loro obiettivi online.
Parlo Italiano, Inglese e Spagnolo, e ho clienti un po' in tutto il mondo.
Amo il mio lavoro..mi ha cambiato la vita!

La mia missione è aiutare le persone a raggiungere non solo i propri obiettivi di fitness, ma anche uno stile di vita sano e felice.
La mia filosofia è "sentirsi e star bene, apparire bene, divertirsi"!

I am a Personal Fitness Trainer, Nutrition Specialist (ACE, American Council on Exercise) and Fitness/ Pilates instructor accredited by EFA (European Fitness Association). I have been working in the Fitness Industry for more than 20 years, first in Italy- my home Country- and then in Ireland from 2014, with frequent trips to Los Angeles/ Italy for workshops, Spain from 2021 and now working remotely while travelling.
I speak English, Italian and Spanish, and have clients from all over the world.
I love my job: it changed my life!

My mission is helping people achieving not only their fitness goals, but also a healthy - and happy!- lifestyle.
My philosophy is “feel good, look good, have fun”!
