I’m Kat, a women’s health and functional strength coach based in WA. I specialise in prenatal and postnatal training, pelvic-floor-safe programming, and helping busy women build strength, confidence, and long-term health through realistic, sustainable fitness.
My coaching is grounded in education, support, and meeting you exactly where you are—whether you’re returning to exercise after birth, rebuilding strength, or looking for structured training to feel strong and capable again.
