My name is Edward I graduated with a B.S.degree in Exercise Science. I'm a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach through National Strength and Conditioning Association. I worked in the fitness industry for 6 years. Let me tell you, I have a fiery passion in improving my clients overall health and fitness. Nothing is better than seeing clients reach their goals and become a better version of themselves and enjoy life. I have experience in training athletes of all levels. If you are athlete that is looking to get stronger, faster and athletic I have programs that will accommodate.
