This program is focused on the main three compound lifts and teaches athletes how to use percentages based on their one-rep max to prevent injury but still get major gains! In addition to the main lifts, these workouts are combined with accessory work (smaller exercises to target certain muscle groups) to complement the workouts. Rep ranges are specifically designed for improving overall strength as the main goal of this program.     Our Session Packs can be purchased and redeemed based on the number of sessions purchased. These sessions are redeemable for in-person training sessions and must be used within 30 days (for up to two session credits) or three months (4-session pack). Lessons may be used by one athlete per session, although you can apply sessions to multiple athletes in various bookings. All cancellation policies apply.
