The Intro to Olympic Weightlifting Class is a class designed for beginners to learn the basics of the Snatch and Clean and Jerk. This class is also designed to refine and improve upon existing techniques of lifters if they already have experience. This class is open to all skill levels. -The first week will include reteaching the snatch and clean and jerk from the ground up. The following two weeks will include more detailed instructions and exercises tailored to Improve your lifts. The final two weeks will give you a taste of what actual Olympic weightlifting workouts and coaching will look like!
