This 9 week program is designed to help you get that crazy pump that will help you build great looking muscle all around. Cardio is essential for fat loss so on your rest days you will be expected to do at least 25 minutes of any type of activity that you want (we suggest something outside if the weather is nice) :)! Recommended reps and sets are put into your program so you can achieve maximum results. You will also be part of our group chat that will help with accountability and tips from us and current members.
