This is the most advanced plan for highly dedicated individuals who want to make the most out of their fitness journey. Virtual Personal Training includes highly customized, dynamic workouts created for you, a well-rounded, comprehensive diet, supplement list, and meal plans with full recipes, all in a single app for your convenience. Diet Plan: Full meal recipes, linked videos/articles on meal prep and cooking, and a new recipe per meal biweekly. Programs begin on the Monday after sign-up and consultation—a minimum of 3 months.
