My name is David and I operate out of the Delray Beach and Boca Raton, FL area. My philosophy surrounds the promotion of Sports Medicine with an emphasis on Evidence-Based Practices through education, training, and awareness of proper nutrition through coaching.

Utilizing an evidence-based approach allows me to coach others on how to:
