This program is designed for the beginner using bodyweight only. It is an 8-week program with two training blocks of 4-weeks each. With three workout days per week, you will build strength and get used to training with our app. You will also be able to track your nutrition in our app.

12 Week Introductory Full Body Workout Program - Our team has designed a two-day full body workout program (with an optional 3rd day bodyweight) to introduce you to various lifts. You will also incorporate cardio of choice on other days during the week. You will build fitness and confidence while being supported through our coaching app with messaging, weekly check-ins, and monitoring.
I started with a goal of changing lives one body at a time. It has been very rewarding to work with clients for over 12 years to help them reach their fitness goals. With the changes in technology over time, I am very excited to be able to transition to an online platform and work with clients through my app in any location.
My team specializes in helping clients reach their fitness goals by creating personalized training programs to meet the individual needs of our clients. With our training app, we are able to work with clients in any location on strength training, general fitness training, goal setting, and nutrition. We also offer running programs for distances of a mile up to a marathon for beginners - advanced runners. We also have worked very successfully with several clients with special needs and are able to do an in-person evaluation and training plan for those that live in the Southern California area.
