The main purpose for No365off is to guide and motivate others to train all year round. (Not just in the beginning of spring because spring break is around the corner and also not just in the summer where it seems like people have more time.) No365off All Year Training's main focus is basically saying, there is no excuse why you can't get at least a 30 minutes cardio session. Most excuses that I hear a lot are, "I got school work , a job , or even kids ". Have you ever noticed when you worked out, how much better you feel when you wake up and get ready for school and work . You're on time, well sometimes lol and also have much more energy at work. Even with kids , most kids like to be outside at the park or even in the backyard of the house . As a parent you can start them off early by educating them on living a very active life style. There's nothing like grinding with your family ‼️ A Workout shouldn't take up more than an hour and 30 minutes of your day, 2 hours would be exceeding any good workout regimen . Also while working out or not , let’s make sure to strech everyday and consuming water daily . “GET UP GET LIT GET FIT”
