The monthly Advanced Fitness Program is an ongoing product for advanced athletes to focus on gradually increasing their speed, strength and endurance. The product includes training plans, nutritional guides, check-ins, and ongoing support to go from advanced to elite.

I am a resident of Mclean, VA, but am a native of Manchester, Jamaica. I received an athletic scholarship to The Ohio State University for track and field and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Geography in 2002. At Ohio State, I was recognized as an All-American athlete and received several awards and recognition. In 2002 I began my career in the mapping and GIS industry with Quantum Spatial in Dulles Virginia. After 11 years of work in the industry, I changed careers to focus on my passion in the health and fitness industry.
