My name is Malcolm Long, I'm from Montreal Qc as a young kid I was always very active. I played all kinds of sports, however, as I got older I started to stray away from the active healthy lifestyle and became more interested in the party scene drinking all the time popping pills sleeping throughout the day.
Then be back at it the following night I did this for a couple of years and didn't even realize the toll it was taking on my body but I was in my early 20s so I felt like superman. However as we know eventually, with time, things do start to catch up with you.
I realized this when I and a friend decided to play a game of basketball at a rec center in our neighborhood against some grade 10 high school students. I couldn't even run up and down the court, with them, It was embarrassing I felt like passing out 5 minutes into the game.
It was from that day I said to myself I half to start treating my body better. So I started going to the gym 3 to 4 days a week and slowly started to feel better from within. It became addictive I felt like my old self again.
Then one day I was sitting down thinking to myself saying I would love to help people reach their own individual fitness goals. I started taking courses, reading, watching anything fitness related to gain as much knowledge as I could.
So that I can guide you every step of the way as you begin to embark on your personal fitness journey. Everyone deserves the right to feel more confident and be comfortable in their own skin!
