Hi everyone, my name is Ryan and I've been a fitness coach and group fitness instructor for almost 20 years. As a child I was introduced to many sports including: badminton, baseball, paintball, fencing, climbing, and much more before settling into Muay Thai as my primary sport. I trained in Muay Thai for almost 15 years and even lived in Thailand and fought there for a year. During the years I've also come to understand the benefits of strength training and conditioning and how it can help people in any sport, or condition. I've worked with athletes, tv stars, seniors, and people just like you. My goal is to help you make fitness a part of your life that doesn't feel like a chore and it's something that helps you feel like you've accomplished something.
