    My one goal is to help you achieve a physical and mental transformation you can be proud of. To do this is more than just about a workout plan and a low calorie diet. To transform, it takes understanding the things you're really good at, and identifying what you personally struggle with. Online coaching is a responsibility from both parties. It's a responsibility on you to give me all the information I need, to check in regularly and let me know your progress, and to be completely honest with me about whether you are implementing the plan or not and why. It's my responsibility as your chosen coach to listen to your personal needs and goals, deliver a plan that you can easily understand, and most importantly give you the tools and principals that are non-negotiable to an awesome transformation. Included in the program is: - 4 week personalized training blocks. Programs will renew every month. - 1 x Monthly Program Review/Catch Up either in person @ AF Uni Hill or Virtual - Customized flexible dieting plan with specific calorie and macro targets. 2 Separate meal plans with unlimited changes - Weekly Check in responses to you outlining progress made, and the future of our transformation You are an individual, and you deserve someone to actually listen to your history, discuss the present, and plan your future. Together, Gym or no gym, beginner or veteran, confident or nervous, WE WILL TRANSFORM.

In our sessions we can focus on methods specific to you, including but not limited to: - Formulating a workout, checking form, and assessing movement patterns - Increase cardiovascular fitness through circuits and HIIT workouts - Build strength and improve your physique through Strength training - Collect measurement data and assess our progress - Guidance on your athletic and physique goals, and formulating plans for your endeavours
