Exercise programming is customized and we cycle through 3 phases): Phase 1: Stability, We assess all areas of your life, including where you are at vs where you are heading. My name is Jon Aleman, health coach. I started this company with the intention to share my daily health practice with others through fitness and nutrition.

I am a certified health coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and a registered yoga instructor who believes nutrition and exercise are the pillars to vitality. When truly personalized for you it becomes a lifestyle, resulting in transformative results that are sustained for a lifetime.
