I am a Personal Trainer who has a Bachelors in Kinesiology Exercise Science From Long Beach State University. I love helping my clients gain confidence and have a much healthier, stronger, and more full-filling life. Something I am passionate about is making fitness and healthy habits part of my clients daily lives far longer than I have them as a client. My goal as a coach is to have all my client live a young life when they get old.
