x4 weeks of structured Strength & Conditioning - including x3 sessions per week incorporating main principles such as mobility, cardiovascular conditioning and strength training for overall physical health, longevity and personal performance. + Introductory call via facetime/WhatsApp if needed/ Access to one way messaging with myself if you have any concerns or questions.
An ex semi professional Rugby player and Avid sportsman growing up. I recently made the transition to Endurance Events such as marathon and Ultra marathon while continuing to lift and remain as concurrent as possible. This has given me fantastic health and athletic benefits. I am also a Strength & Conditioning Coach who currently works for Rugby Canada coaching the Pacific Pride National Development Academy in Langford BC.
I also offer training programming and nutritional guidance to general population demographics such as youth and middle aged people. I have experience with CrossFit, functional training methods such as hybrid training. I have worked at Orange Theory, youth summer camps and small to large style adult group classes.
