About Lewis

After being diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) over three years ago, I understand firsthand the challenges of managing a chronic inflammatory condition. This personal journey inspires my approach to fitness—creating tailored, safe, and effective programs that help clients improve their health while accommodating unique needs.

I specialize in providing personalized coaching for individuals with AS, focusing on exercises that promote spinal flexibility, joint health, and pain management. My programs are designed to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and enhance overall quality of life, all while respecting the limitations and considerations associated with AS.

Having navigated life with AS myself, I am uniquely equipped to guide others through a fitness journey that supports inflammation reduction, strengthens supporting muscles, and encourages sustainable movement patterns. My coaching aims to empower those living with AS to stay active, feel better, and live more fully.

In addition, I offer a comprehensive range of services including private and online personal training, general fitness improvement, muscle and strength building, nutrition and meal planning, weight loss, and endurance training—always with a mindful approach to joint health and individual needs.
