I’m a certified BodyPump instructor who’s passionate about helping people get stronger, feel confident, and have fun while working out.
I love the energy of group fitness and the motivation that comes from training together. In my classes, you can expect great music, strong coaching, and a supportive environment where everyone—NO MATTER their fitness level—can challenge themselves and improve.
