It includes a personalized training program delivered via the Trainerize app, weekly check-ins to review progress and make adjustments, ongoing program updates as needed, and technique feedback through video review. Nutrition guidance is provided through general frameworks and recommendations to support training and recovery. Coaching is delivered in a structured format with scheduled check-ins and in-app messaging. Responses are provided within 12-24 business hours. This service focuses on sustainable results through planned training and adherence.
