Welcome to Chapel Hill Training On Demand! This service allows you to choose from any workout that you would like to follow along each day at your convenience. Choose from over 50 workouts each month varying in duration, intensity, and equipment needed! Watch video demonstrations of each exercise, schedule workouts, and track progress. Best part: you can direct message with our certified trainer at anytime if you need assistance or extra motivation. Whether you're looking for exercises to do at-home, quick cardio, challenging core, or any other options, choose those created by the experts at Chapel Hill Training!
In collaboration with the UNC Center for Women's Mood Disorders, we've created a 4-week exercise program designed to improve mood, strength, and function for Perimenopausal, Menopausal, and Post-Menopausal women. This program focuses on foundational movements while utilizing a progressive protocol. You'll learn about Barbell Deadlifting, Pelvic Floor relaxation and strengthening, and improving joint mobility, all while having fun! This program includes video and written exercise descriptions of science-backed exercise protocols and will help you move and feel better!
I am the Owner of Chapel Hill Training, a private personal training studio located in Downtown Chapel Hill.
As a lifelong athlete, fitness has always been important to me and I grew to love it for its benefits to my health, longevity, performance, and injury prevention.
Through my 11 years of training, I have worked with clients from all backgrounds, athleticism, and many different health concerns. I believe in taking an approach to training that incorporates all aspects of health - physical, psychological, and nutritional.
