Every month you will get 4 session credits for Virtual training session (expire after 1 month)
I create a personalized workout program for you with multiple workouts and a reference sheet. We do a one time 1 hour video chat to talk about what it is, make any necessary adjustments, and answer any questions you have. You are always welcome to ask questions afterwards.
On purchase, you will get 1 session credits for 30 minute PT Session (expire after 3 months)

This is a self paced workout & stretch program made with crafters in mind. You have access to the workouts and community. I will check in regularly in the group and you have access to me for questions or anything else. I will do minimal adjustments, but they are available if needed. You’ll get information outside of the workouts in terms of ergonomics, references, and more.
If you feel like you need a bit of extra help and want to have an extra chat about your program, ask more complicated questions, or work on adjustments, we can have an extra 45 minute strategy session!
