Example: March 2024 program will be released on Sunday March 3, the night before Monday, March 4. * For members joining before March 4, prep week will begin on Monday, February 26. LIABILITY: By signing up for this fitness program, I acknowledge the inherent risks of strenuous exercise in my self-directed fitness program at home. I confirm that I have obtained a physician's approval for resistance training exercise within the past 60 days or will do so within the next 15 days. I release Carly Leasure and associated parties from any liability for bodily injury, property damage, or costs arising from my home fitness activities. This release applies to me and my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. I understand and accept all risks associated with my independent fitness program.
