Cait was born and raised in New Jersey and now resides in Jersey City, NJ. Growing up in a house with three older brothers not only made her tough, but also caused her fall in love with sports and all things fitness. During most of her childhood you could probably find her throwing back handsprings and sprinting from place to place. Sitting still always drove her crazy. Even now…you will always find her on the move!
Cait firmly believes that fitness allows us to form a deep connection with not only our body, but also our mind. She approaches training as a tool that to enhance your physical health and overall quality of life. The mind body connection is something she discusses with her clients often.
Cait challenges her clients to push themselves and take the phrase “I can’t” out of their vocabulary. She believes that goal setting and making a plan is crucial to seeing results. She loves many types of exercise, but strength training and yoga are her favorite ways to move! Cait also enjoys working with pre/post-natal clients and helping women stay strong and healthy during and after their pregnancies.
