Every phase is strategically designed to evolve your body: • Weeks 1–2: Metabolic Reset, restore, prime, and prepare your body • Phase 1: Build stability, coordination, and endurance • Phase 2: Develop posterior chain strength and structural balance • Phase 3: Increase muscle definition, strength, and performance capacity This isn’t random programming, it’s progressive, calculated, and results-driven.
