I have been practicing yoga seriously since 1985 and received a Master of Science in Yoga Therapy from Maryland University of Integrative Health in 2015. As an older adult who manages her own health problems (including degenerative arthritis from a serious car accident in 2014) with the yoga practices I have learned over the years I have a unique perspective on how to modify traditional practices for non yogis of all ages and fitness levels.
