    This program is designed to strengthen and GROW your glutes. It is structured by giving you 3 lower body sessions a week, one of which is a de-load day, along with proper nutrition coaching to help you reach your full potential. You need to be increasing your weight overtime during your workout sessions. (My rule of thumb, if you can do more that 8-10 reps increase weight.) I want to you to stress properly warming up before your workout, such as mobility warmups and overall stretching. Get your 8 hours of sleep, drink a gallon of water a day, and hit your macros. You will see results if you are doing all of those things, as well as staying consistent with your training!
