The purpose of scheduling this meeting is to gain more insight of an individuals current lifestyle, goals, and to give insight on what we can do, together, to make these goals a reality.
On purchase, you will get 1 session credits for Consultation (expire after 1 month)
This service includes weekly check ins, weekly adjustments to a meal/macro plan as needed and access to our training technology to track progress and communicate with a trainer directly.
With the payment of this invoice you recieve an individualized training program with progressive adjustments and full nutrition coaching.
Wit this program your young athlete will be able to attend up to 4 sessions weekly. All sessions will include 30 minutes of speed training and 30 minutes of strength training. all payments are final.
