About Terri

Terri is the Owner of Body Temple Fit in Fresno, CA, and a retired Professional WNBF Bodybuilder. In addition, Terri has over 25 years in the fitness industry; as well as 25 years experience of in judging natural bodybuilding events. Terri is the promoter of the annual WNBF Natural Central Valley Championships in Fresno, CA. Terri has worked with 1000+ clients in post-rehab training, functional training, sports specific training, nutrition counseling, and all-around health.
