To me, fitness coaching isn’t something I do; it’s more like a part of what I am.
I don’t really remember ever not being interested in fitness and strength training but I started training consistently in 1983 at 12 years old. I have been training clients full time since 2000
Over the past 3 decades, I have learned more from trial and error in my own training and from working with a wide range of clientele, than I ever learned in the various certifications. Continuing to learn every day is a big part of helping clients reach their goals.
