  • 30 Day Healthy Habits Challenge New To App

    July is almost here, let’s get back to some routine and healthy habits! This challenge is all about dialing in on small habits every day to help guide you in making July a success with your fitness and wellness goals! What is it? This Challenge is hosted on our Bodyfit Fitness App. Each participant will have a calendar to follow along each day on the habits and workouts to be completed for the day. Your calendar is laid out with simple tasks, habits and a daily workout! - Workout of the day designed for all fitness levels. No equipment required, but will always be an option to include. Already doing another workout? No problem, just log on your calendar what you did for your workout that day! You don’t have to complete the exact work assigned on the day. - Habit of the day will show up on your calendar to complete such as water, meditation, protein portion sizes, and more are all examples you might see pop up. This is part of that commitment to small changes that make big differences! - Access to our Challenge Accountability Group to buddy up with your friends, cheer others on and see what everyone else is checking in for! - Optional: Track your nutrition on MyFitnessPal throughout the challenge.   • 30 Day Mobility & Flexibility Program

    This 30 day program is designed to help increase your mobility and flexibility through foam rolling, static stretching and other mobility practices. Each daily routine will last 15-20 minutes with option to extend the workout or even practice it twice in one day. The movements in this program are low impact so the more you do them, the more your mobility and flexibility will improve. Remember, consistency is key to getting results. So, practice these routines everyday. If you don't take any days off for 30 days, you will fell better and your mobility and flexibility will improve. As you go through this program, feel free to mix and match any of the movements or stretches. You will find areas that you'll need more work on. Give those areas more attention when needed.

    EXP is a 20-60 minute, self guided workout that leaves no excuses for getting your sweat on today and everyday. We believe that it’s important to move your body everyday but we realize that some days, you just don’t have an hour or more to get your workout in. That’s why we created EXP. With the BODYFIT App you can now get a quick 20 minute workout designed by a fitness professional no matter if you have a gym or not. Have more than 20 minutes? Perfect. Combo 1 or more of our EXP workouts to create a full body sweat session. With 1,000s of workout combinations, you can always keep it fresh and exciting. At BODYFIT or In-Home. We offer at least 1 EXP time slot everyday at BODYFIT that work with your schedule. These sessions are set between our normal class schedule so you can easily add on an EXP session to the end of your BODYFIT class. Or come before to get a little extra work in. Not a member? EXP classes at BODYFIT are only $5 Just want the BODYFIT APP to do EXP? Download and get started for $25/month Each workout takes approximately 20 minutes to complete.     This is a 12 week progressive TREAD & SHRED program. Taking interval and circuit training to the next level. Get ready to be pushed up hills, on sprints and throughout endurance training. Just when you think you’ve had enough, hop off the treadmill for a kick ass workout with dumbbells, med-balls and more to leave you SHREDDED. On your "off days" you'll be guided through core workouts or challenged to go for a run. No matter what's on your calendar for the day, don't worry. You'll be pushed to the limit! All you need for this program is a treadmill, a set of dumbbells and desire to get better, everyday!
