Are you ready to turn up the heat on your fitness goals this summer? This Challenge is designed to help you stay active, healthy and energized throughout the sunny months ahead. Challenge details: -Duration: 8 weeks of exciting workouts and progress tracking -Goals: Set personal fitness goals related to strength, endurance, overall wellness, or weight loss goals. -Nutrition: Enjoy some healthy recipes and nutrition tips -Message me directly from the app with any questions or comments you have. This Program can be done at the gym or at home. The workouts range from 40-60 minutes. Suggested meal plans are included.
