Custom Personal Training: With this plan, you will learn proper form with my step-by-step training videos. You will be acclimating your muscles and joints to various movements during the beginning stages to avoid injury and introduce proper form for future workouts. Workout intensity increases thoughout the plan which is programmed progressively to sculpt muscle and burn fat. Nutrition Coaching: will include the ability to log food directly into the Trainerize app or via My Fitness Pal (client's choice). Nutrition check-ins will be completed every Friday via app. Accountability Coaching: includes a shared Google spreadsheet that will list any goals the client wants to be held accountable for reaching. These goals are not limited to health and wellness. Twice a week check-ins will be completed via messaging for accountability. Program must be completed consecutively and may not be put on hold in the middle of the monthly program. This will ensure you get the results you're looking for. This program is perfect for taking with you on vacations or when you just want to add a few extra workouts to your week. It includes a customized workout that you can do on the go using both bodyweight and any equipment you have access to. Programming starts the Monday after purchase.
