About Coach

Growing up, I always had a solid interest in fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. The gym became my second home. As an OCB professional natural bodybuilder, I've helped numerous clients lose weight, drop body fat, reduce pain, and feel amazing through one-on-one sessions. Now, I'm adding many online and hybrid training success stories from clients all over the country!

I studied personal training through NASM and soon after founded my company: BODITECT. The name Boditect comes from my years in engineering and architecture firms, reflecting the concept of building and renovating your dream body, much like an architect designs a unique home. Every person's body is different, and the process should reflect the client's life and individuality. At Boditect, we believe every body is "Built Different."

As a member of the South Carolina Army National Guard, I understand the importance of resilience and structure. This experience, combined with my passion for fitness, drives me to help others achieve their health and fitness goals despite their busy schedules. At Boditect, "We Make Fitness Fit."
