    This coaching plan works on a 30 day workout schedule with 3 online check-ins (20-30 min ea.). Suggestions for macro-nutrient tracking and calories targets based on fitness goals. Monthly programs will change based on patient performance, short/long term goals, or for new challenges to improve overall fitness. This is great for someone that is struggling to reach their fitness goals and is the most popular plan.

    Don't need coaching or guided exercise planning? Get access to all of my pre set work out plans and switch it up when you want to. This plan gives you continued access to the app and work out plans. This is good for those who do not need a lot of guidance and just want to change things up on their own time. 2 -way messaging, follow up calls, or suggestions on planning your training schedule NOT included.

About Andrew

My name is Andrew and I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a fitness coach in Las Vegas, NV.  I do enjoy talking about my background in sports, where I went to school, and how much I love fitness. That's all stuff on a typical about me page right ?! 

Well, I'm actually going to save that for another time because I want you to understand my vision and why I do what I do. 

Sure I enjoy fitness, exercise, and enjoy helping others but what PT doesn't, its part of the gig, is not not ? 

I don't just do PT because I like exercise and helping others its because I love being able to embark on a journey with others. Especially the hard fought journey's that make you second guess yourself all together. As a PT I get a front row seat to your journey and I get to help guide you on your path to greatness!

Its more then just exercise and helping people for me. Ever since I was a child watching people overcome obstacles when the odds were against them, is something that would bring me tears of joy sometimes. There's a reason "Pursuit of Happiness," is one of my favorite movies, haha.

I do it  because I love being a part of the journey seeing someone continue to push forward towards their goals even when it feels like the odds are against them. Watching them rise and overcome! I love that and to me it's priceless. I hope to be part of your journey soon!
