I am a founder of Beyond Fit Coaching© programs where I teach my clients every last trick in the book pertaining to a plant-based nutrition, mindset, and exercise, to make this sustainable and enjoyable, as it should be!

I teach women and men how to get long-term results, and all the while still enjoy fun treats! My main goal is to help my clients achieve a healthy balance between fitness, nutrition, and mindset to have a sustainable, realistic lifestyle.
