Beyond Average

Welcome to Beyond Average Training and Fitness! First, I would like to say Thank you for joining! My name is Renee Ryan, and I have been a Certified Personal Trainer for 6 years now, but I have also been in the fitness industry for 12+ years. My passion has always been to make a positive impact in people's lives, while providing the tools and steps for each individual to make the necessary changes for a healthy lifestyle. Through my years in training, I have had the pleasure of being challenged to expand my knowledge and expertise. From young and healthy, to elders with little to no fitness experience, even clients who are less developed mentally and may not have had the confidence to try something different to become more active, I am here to help! My goal with Beyond Average, is to deliver the appropriate tools, and information you will need to become the best version of yourself. We all have different views of what that looks like. That can range from forming better eating habits, being more physically active, having the motivation to get there, building confidence and self-esteem, or even as simple as just needing a proper routine to follow along with. There is no such thing as a goal being too small, or one that you may think is unachievable. With your dedication, and my guidance, we can make anything happen!!!
