About Ben

Ben focuses on remote heath & fitness coaching, and online personal training.  Ben also offers eating made easy custom meal plans.  Telephonic health coaching and online personal training are new and exciting ways to offer personalized health and fitness guidance and accountability that can be utilized by anyone from anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility, and affordability. 



Health & fitness coaching combines biweekly telephonic health coaching sessions with online personal training.  Health coaching is a completely client centered approach to health and wellness.  We realize that people do not like being told what to do.  Ben will talk to you over the phone, ask you questions, and help you figure out what would be the best most realistic plan to get you your health vision. Then everything is programed for you in an app.



Online personal training is good for those who have an idea of what they want to do, but want a trainer to design them custom workouts that change often, and keep them accountable to their goals.  This will start with an initial phone call to discuss your exact wants and needs so that your plan and custom workouts can be programed for you in an app.



Ben uses the worlds best personal training app "Trainerize" in both remote health & fitness coaching, as well with his online personal training services.  In the app Ben will set up your healthy action steps, and program your custom workouts. The app tracks everything from healthy action step streaks, body stats, workout stats, and much more. You can also communicate with Ben through the app between calls.
