Bio-Elite is more than just a brand. It's a shared identity taken on by everyone seeking to become the best versions of themselves. Fulfilling your best self involves more than just exercise and nutrition, but the habits you perform on a daily basis that either help or hinder your performance. As Bio-Elite Training Systems, our goal is to work with you through this process. There are three focal points we work with you on to unlock your potential: Movement, Nutrition, and Daily Opportunities. At our core, we are coaches with a passion for education and exploring your purpose for health and self-improvement.

Founder and CEO of Bio-Elite Training Systems, LLC. Gianni brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the world of fitness and wellness. Since his graduation from ASU with a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Wellness in 2015, he has dedicated himself to improving the lives of countless individuals through his deep knowledge and commitment to health.

Throughout his journey, Gianni has honed his skills and expanded his horizons by working with a diverse range of clients and athletes. His career began working with athletes from the NFL, MLB, MiLB, as well as triathletes, club volleyball players, and track athletes. Gianni later extended his expertise to a wide spectrum of individuals from the general population seeking improved fitness to people recovering from injuries who still had pain after being cleared by physical therapy, aiding them in regaining strength and preventing future injuries.

Gianni's relentless pursuit of helping individuals find their path to a healthy life led to the creation of Bio-Elite Training Systems. This venture was founded with a profound purpose in mind – to empower individuals to find their true purpose for living healthier, more fulfilling lives. To be "bio-elite" means to accept the challenge of pursuing this purpose every day.

Gianni's educational journey has been equally impressive. He now holds a Master of Science degree in Applied Exercise Physiology, along with several prominent certifications that attest to his expertise. These include the PN1 (Precision Nutrition Stage 1 Certification), FNS (Fitness Nutrition Specialist), both EXOS Certifications (EXOS Performance and Fitness Specialist), USAW Stage 1 Strength Coach, and the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS).

Gianni's extensive experience, qualifications, and unwavering dedication make him a trusted professional in the fitness and wellness industry. His commitment to helping individuals achieve their best, whether in sports or daily life, is a testament to his passion and expertise in the field of strength and conditioning.
