I have been in the fitness industry for 16 years and have experience in one-on-one personal training as well as small and large group format. I focus on HIIT, weight training, corrective exercises, sports performance training, weight loss and overall motivation so that you can achieve the best version of yourself. Health isn’t just working out, it also involves mental happiness, nutrition and finding the balance that works best for you.
