    Schedule a 30-minute in person consultation at the gym to discuss your personal training goals and preferences, During this session we will review your completed questionnaire and address your scheduling needs to create a tailored plan that works for you. Hey there, my name is Christina.

I am an ISSA Certified fitness coach, mom of four, Fibromyalgia warrior, and founder of Barely Balanced Fit. I specialize in helping busy women lose body fat, build strength, grow their glutes, and create sustainable habits without extreme diets and endless cardio.

My approach focuses on progressive strength training, accountability, education and realistic nutrition strategies (Only advice, referrals for meal plans will be given) that fit your lifestyle. Whether you're looking to lose weight, build confidence, improve your health, or transform your physique, I'll provide the guidance, support and structure you need to succeed.
