About Me

With an MSc in Holistic Nutrition, I bring over 20 years of expertise and passion to guiding individuals toward lasting wellness.

Originally from Zambia and now based in Cyprus, my journey started in business and finance, but a life-changing experience at an Anthony Robbins seminar in 1999 shifted my focus to helping people transform their health naturally.

My approach is rooted in science and tradition, combining the best of the Mediterranean diet, whole-food supplements, herbal remedies, exercise, mindfulness, and stress management techniques to create a well-rounded, personalized plan that works just for you.

P.S. In addition to my passion for holistic health, I am also a sporty and active person. I have competed as a triathlete and now focus more on running, which keeps me energized and grounded. I also incorporate yoga into my routine, as it enhances both physical strength and mental well-being. My personal experience with sports and movement allows me to better understand the unique nutritional and recovery needs of active individuals, helping clients optimize their performance and overall health.
