ATO 4+ is a 12-week, 4-day-per-week upper and lower body training program designed to build strength, power, and athletic durability. Each session begins with a structured warm-up and mobility sequence, followed by the McGill Big 3 to reinforce core stability and spinal control before lifting. The program progresses through muscular endurance, hypertrophy, and strength + power, using contrast-style training to improve force production and athletic performance. Ideal for off-season athletes, hybrid training participants, or anyone looking to train with purpose and structure while preparing for higher-intensity demands.
This program is an Aesthetic focused program. The volume and intensity is high so be cautious if you have any limited factors like ROM (range of motion), Time, Experience (there are some advance movements that require adaptive technique), etc.

ATO Athlete is a 16-week performance training program designed to build stronger, faster, and more resilient athletes. This program is ideal for pre-season preparation, hybrid athletes, or anyone looking to improve overall athletic performance. Training focuses on strength development, speed and power, mobility, and injury prevention through structured, progressive programming. Athletes follow purpose-driven workouts that improve movement quality, performance output, and long-term durability.
ATO Foundation – 40+ Strength & Longevity ATO Foundation is a full-body strength program built for adults 40+ who want to get stronger, move better, and stay pain-free. Train 2 days per week with an optional 3rd day using structured, joint-friendly workouts that focus on long-term progress, not burnout. Designed for consistency, strength, and longevity.

Build raw strength, explosive power, and flawless technique with the ATO Powerlifting Program. Designed for all levels, this progressive training system focuses on mastering the squat, bench press, and deadlift while improving mobility, stability, and recovery. Each phase is strategically programmed with load percentages, RPE scaling, and accessory work to maximize performance and prevent injury—so you can lift heavier, feel stronger, and dominate on the platform or in the gym. Also added are 3 coaching calls to check-in with each training phase.
