Rachael Connelly, M.S., CNS, CCN, CPT

I'm Rachael! I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition and am deeply passionate about health, wellness, and personal growth mixed with a good balance of FUN. With over a decade of experience in nutrition and fitness coaching, I’ve had the privilege of writing and teaching courses on topics such as stress and hormones, functional fitness, clinical collaboration, anatomy and physiology, mindset and more. I’m dedicated to empowering others through education and practical tools for well-being. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring all forms of movement, prioritizing self-care, and hanging with my husband and our pup, Cannoli.
