Services:
I will provide you with detailed workouts and specific exercise plans for each day of the week including what to do on rest days while also checking in on you once a week via video chat. There will be a monthly newsletter and a weekly group video chat where we can get together as a community and chat, and I will answer your questions. I will always be available via email for other questions you may have about your plan during the week. This plan includes access to video demonstrations on how to do each exercise correctly.
Get strong and stay uninjured! I will teach you the proper technique for each strength training exercise to gain strength and reduce injury. Once you have completed this series you will be ready to move onto Level 2.
Welcome! My name is Stefanie Seaton, I am a certified personal trainer, corrective exercise specialist and fitness nutrition specialist. During my career, I have specialized in training clients over 40 who have come out of physical therapy and want to continue getting stronger as they age. Many of my clients come to me to learn how to exercise while dealing with arthritis, osteoporosis, post knee or hip replacement, back or foot pain, etc... I find great joy on helping my clients reach their goals of increasing strength, losing weight and having less pain!
